In 3 weeks of time Google Chrome has become one of the top rated free download apps for iOS. Apple’s own Safari is still dominates the market by holding 85.6% share but within 3 weeks of time acquisition of 1.5% market share is very very impressive. A recent survey report from Chitika Ad Network shows that download of Chrome for iOS actually took off on 3rd of July and slowly increasing. We can expect the number to increase from now onwards.

Chrome is a popular browser for PCs. Beta version is lifted from Chrome for Android. Since Chrome is a Google product we can expect it to do better for Android but for iOS current status is definitely encouraging to Google. This stat must be a concern for Apple as almost 13.4% users browser internet using third party apps. I think Apple will never be impressed with this figure. However, if you own any iOS device do not forget to give Chrome for iOS a shot.
