My husband gave me this work laptop for our anniversary after much research. I love everything about it but have a few pet peeves. The silver surface needs frequent cleaning to stay attractive and as a woman, I would like a little more bizzazz but that’s cosmetics and personal taste. Of more concern are the edges of the chrome band on the deck which are sharp and feel like I’m cutting my wrists when I am on the computer for very long. Dell could improve ergonomics if they wrapped the deck in a soft material instead of sharp metal. I am investing in a wrist support to compensate. On the positive side, I especially like the backlit key board and the secure monitor hinges. I was also blown away by the video clarity with the 12 megapixels. Sound is excellent too but volume doesn’t go loud enough for presentations without external speakers, Overall, I give 4.5 stars out of 5.
