A new 7 inch tablet has just popped up from the house of Intex. This time the company claims that it is the slimmest 7 inch tab in Indian market. Intex started the proceedings with 8 inch Intex i-Tab back in March. Now a new tab, Intex i-Buddy means a lot. i-Buddy comes with 7 inch TFT Capacitive touch screen display. The tab is built on Android 4.0 ICS platform.
i-Buddy is powered by 1 GHz single core processor and 512 MB RAM. These specs are no new to us. We already have seen heaps of tabs with such features i.e. Micromax Funbook, Karbonn Smart Tab 1, Zen Ultratab A100 etc etc to name a few. The tab has 4 GB of internal storage and micro SD card slot expandable up to 32 GB. The tab has integrated Wi-Fi support but lacks Bluetooth. You can use 3G USB dongles to connect this tab to internet.
Battery is a serious concern for Intex i-Buddy tablet. It’s a mere 1350 mAh battery that lasts for just 3 hrs. Light weight sturdy design may be other plus points you will find in this tab. The tab is tagged at Rs. 6450/- which seems to be very much in the comfort zone for many potential buyers. Overall, the tab is just a mediocre one, not impressive at all. Take a look at the specs-

Intex i-Buddy Price
Price of i-Buddy is set to Rs. 6450/-. Currently, the tab is available for South Indian cities. The company is looking for a stretch in it’s chain to other parts of India. So, if you are not from South India, better luck next time.
