Amazon Kindle Fire is no longer considered as an e-book reader or just a tablet that focuses only on shopping. It’s a powerful entertainment hub. We had the news that something gorgeous will be coming from the house of Amazon. Exactly the same thing happened in a press conference held in Los Angeles. Amazon officially announced the arrival three new tablets, 7 inch Kindle Fire HD, 8.9 inch Kindle Fire and 8.9 inch Kindle Fire HD with 4G LTE support. The 7 inch Kindle Fire HD will be available in market by September 14th. Other two be made available on or before November 20th.

Well, Kindle Fire HD is extremely light and thin. It is measured to have 8.8 mm thickness while the gross weight is less than 400 gm. The back panel of the tablet is made of some rubber like material which provides extra bit of griping facility. It features 7 inch IPS LCD Capacitive touch screen display with resolution support of 1280×800 px resolution. The 8.9 inch Kindle Fire HD comes with whooping 1920×1200 pixels resolution at 254 ppi. Powered by dual core TI OMAP 4470 chip Kindle Fire HD seamlessly runs HD movies like The Hunger Games.

Kindle Fire HD is free from touch sensitive capacitive buttons. Volume and lock control buttons are placed in side panel. Bluetooth, dual band Wi-Fi and HDMI port are there.
