Now it is time for LG to offer free cloud storage to their customers. It is a good news for LG fans and customers. Few days back Samsung announced their free online cloud storage which is expected to get official announcement on May 3rd. However, LG will be starting their free drive right from tomorrow or from May 1. It is a collaboration between BOX and LG which will be providing 5 GB of storage in during the start up. Once you complete the registration from your LG phone the volume of storage will be 50 GB. LG customers also can upload up to 2 GB of file in LG-BOX cloud.

LG Media Box LG Cloud storage service from LG will be very useful to users as any digital content is trnascoded in to better utilizable content consuming less bandwidth and streaming becomes better than usual. These contents can be easily used in LG TVs as well. LG to start offering their free storage facility to Korean and US customers right at this point of time. Other countries will definitely be in the cards once they successfully run the service.
