LG introduces a new dual sim affordable smartphone powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and single core 832 MHz Qualcomm MSM7225A Snapdragon CPU. LG earlier introduced Optimus L5 having single SIM card slot. Now a dual sim version is getting couple of hardware improvements. Light weight thin 9.9 mm square shaped metallic design looks attractive. IPS LCD 4.0 inch Capacitive touch screen with mere 320×480 pixel resolution at 144 ppi is not impressive. Optimus L5 Duos is built around Optimus v3.0 UI.
LG Optimus L5 Duos features 2.6 GB on board storage, 512 MB RAM, micro SD card slot, up to 7.2 Mbps 3G speed, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, hotspot tethering, 5 MP rear camera with auto focus and flash and more. It lacks secondary front camera which is important for video calling. Integrated video player can play DivX and XviD video formats. Stereo FM radio is present in this handset too. Li-Ion 1540 mAh battery delivers up to 10 hrs of talk time. Take a look at the key features-
