  8. aryan pandey says:

this is the best cheapest tab i have ever seen it is not actually a tab it is a real funbook with all sorts of fun at a very reasonable price @ just rs.6190

  9. Subhashis Das says:

    There is no GPS also.
For those who are trying to find whether the set can be connected to your 2G/3G phone used as a modem will be disappointed. The phones modem drivers & software need to be installed first – not sure if this is possible directly on android platform. There is no SIM slot in the tab itself.

  10. Subhashis Das says:

Ok I just bought this set. Few points to note:
The battery back up seems ok.
There is no backside camera. Front VGA camera quality is just tolerable.
No bluetooth. Data/image transfer via micro USB port only.
Though they claimed 4gb in built memory, I found 1gb usable only. Maybe the rest was ROM used for the ICS & firmwire ; not sure.

1 HDMI, 1 micro USB, 1 earphone socket.
Display resolution is ok, well readable outdoors, default brightness in packed condition is set at 50%. So display quality improves many times by increasing screen brightness.

Touchscreen response is fair with low grid discrimination. Sometimes you touch an icon but some other app opens.
There is no haptick feedback that is no vibration response like you find on android phones when you play games, touchtype etc.
The tab is not meant for making calls so there is no calling app. Havent tried 3rd party calling software yet. Body is glossy so becomes greasy very soon. volume button is a bit hard & occasionally non responsive.
Havent tried any HD game yet.
On the backside it is written “Made in INdia”. Also in the manual same is proudly mentioned. The components may be sourced from china, but the product quality seems equal/or better than other competition brands.
Overall I feel its vfm & worth to give a try.
