Micromax Funbook Pro, a 10.1 inch tab coming in Indian market very soon. This is going to be the first 10.1 inch tablet to hit market manufactured by an Indian company. Well, this is the successor of previously released 7 inch Funbook. The major difference you find between these two tabs is the difference in size. Upcoming tab features wide display, no doubt best one for e-reading. Micromax Funbook 7 inch tab got huge success in Indian market. Now they opted for the wider version of the same tablet. That is the reason they have kept most basic features intact. Operating system processor, GPU and display type remain the same. All specs of Micromax Funbook Pro are still to be leaked. Well, you can Micromax Funbook Pro is better than it’s predecessor. It has wider display which means watching movies or reading e-books is even better in it. Although both Funbook and Funbook Pro both are fueled by 1.2 GHz Cortex single core processor and dual core Mali 400 2D/3D GPU Funbook Pro ensures better performance as the amount of RAM is dubbed to 1 GB from 512 MB. Also the display resolution in Funbook Pro is higher than it’s predecessor. Video playback is 2160p whereas Funbook 7 inch can stream 1080p HD video. We are yet to know battery of Funbook Pro.
