Micromax Funbook, the first Micromax Tab is getting tremendous response from Indian customers as reported by SnapDeal, one of the largest online mega stores. It is a report from the TheMobileIndian that SnapDeal is selling 1 Micromax Funbook tab in every two minutes. According to the spokesman of SnapDeal: “We are selling Micromax Funbook tablets as an online partner for the brand since 6 April, and we have seen tremendous response for the same, since the launch. As a matter of fact we are selling one Micromax tablet every 2 minutes” it is clear that the craze of Android driven tabs are high in India and potential customers are there to buy pocket friendly feature rich tabs.

Micromax Funbook is priced Rs. 6499/- but there is assurance from the SnapDeal official that they are trying to bundle the tab in cheaper price. There is no certainty so far but a reduction will definitely boost the sells. However, Micromax Booklet is the other tab the company will be promoting shortly.
Micromax Funbook is a 7 inch run on Android 4.0 ICS and is powered by 1.2 GHz single core processor. The tab comes with 4 GB internal storage and 2800 mAh battery. It has Wi-Fi for wireless connectivity whereas HDMI port allows it to get connected to other digital output device. 0.3 MP camera is there for video calling.
