Micromax has launched it’s first wide display smartphone a.k.a. phablet, Superfone A100 Canvas. It features 5.0 inch TFT Capacitive touch screen display with multi-touch input support. Samsung brought first phablet Galaxy Note which is one of the highest selling smartphones till date. Now, Micromax Superfone A100 Canvas is expected to continue the momentum. Running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Micromax Canvas is powered by single core 1 GHz processor.
Micromax is planning to upgrade Superfone A90 Pixel and Superfone A100 Canvas to latest Android version v4.1 JellyBean. It’s really exciting to have upgrade for your smartphone to the latest smartphone. You have to wait till the end of this year to get this upgrade.
Unlike Superfone A90 Pixel 5 MP primary camera is used in this droid. Display quality is also inferior but playing games or watching movies in wide 5 inch display is always a better experience. Powerful 2000 mAh battery runs this droid and delivers up to 5 hrs of talk time.

Micromax Superfone A100 Canvas Price
Micromax set the price of Superfone Canvas to Rs. 9,999/-
Note: Micromax is planning to release a dual core version of already released Superfone Canvas A100. The 5 inch phablet got huge applaud from Indian audience. This may have encouraged Micromax to retain the same model with some refurbishment. Single 1 GHz processor will be replaced by dual core processor. We are yet to know the price information of the droid.

@Ananth the phablet is currently out of stock. Please check out in local retail outlets. Next log of A100 is yet to arrive in market. Hopefully, the next one will replace single core processor with a dual core one. Keep watching.
