Micromax just added a new smartphone in it’s ‘Superfone’ series. It’s Superfone A57 Ninja 3! Two other Ninja models A50 Ninja and A56 Ninja 2 are already doing reasonably well in their segment. Now a new Ninja model in introduced to keep the momentum going. Micromax Superfone A57 Ninja 3 is fueled by 1 GHz processor and 256 MB RAM. I doubt how it ensures smooth multitasking and lag free performance. At least 512 MB RAM would have been nice combination. Superfone A57 features 3.5 inch TFT Capacitive touch screen with HVGA resolution. It’s a dual SIM phone built on Android 2.3 Gingerbread platform. The phone uses slightly outdated hardware. Price is in the comfortable zone which is the most impressive part of this handset.

Micromax A57 sports rear facing 3 MP CMOS sensor only. A secondary camera would have been a nice addition. However, it is absent which means you have no video calling facility. The droid comes with 512 MB on board storage and micro SD card slot expandable up to 32 GB. Li-Ion 1400 mAh battery is the only power source of this handset.
