Running on Android 4.0 ICS both these droids are powered by single core 1 GHz processor and separate GPU. There is no room to find out any difference in this segment. Samsung’s UI is no doubt better than Micromax, but does not make too much of difference.
A90 comes with 4.3 inch display whereas Galaxy S Duos features 4.0 inch display. Both these droids feature 2 SIM card slots and built on dual sim standby technology. You can use two SIM cards in one phone.
Micromax A90 comes preloaded with 4 GB of on board storage and micro SD card slot expandable up to 32 GB. Only 512 MB RAM may cause some issues when you run heavy games along with some other applications. On the other hand, Samsung Galaxy S Duos comes with similar hardware but with slight change in the amount of RAM used in this phone. Instead of 512 MB of RAM 768 MB is used in the droid which makes it slightly better and delivers better performance.

Li-Ion 1600 mAh battery in Micromax A90 ensures better backup as compared to Galaxy S Duos’s 1500 mAh battery. Since A90 comes with AMOLED display technology it delivers more talk time and standby time.

I don’t see any reason for not choosing Micromax A90 (specs of Micromax A90) over Galaxy S Duos (specs of Samsung Galaxy S Duos). It has better hardware and beats Galaxy S Duos in most occasions. Although price of S7562 is still unknown we can expect it to be costlier than A90. Thus, Micromax A90 Pixel becomes best choice between the duos.
