Motorola so far has not rolled over Android 4.0 ICS upgrade. @saurabh..Motorola has not officially rolled out ICS for Defy XT535 the Indian edition. Since Defy XT535 has only 512 MB RAM chances are really few that it will be upgraded to ICS in future. Motorola rolled over ICS to Defy XT928, Defy XT861, XT882 (China). This news is confirmed. You have to use CyanogenMod 9 to upgrade Defy XT535 to ICS.
