Samsung Galaxy Chat B5330, an entry level droid powered by Android 4.0 ICS is now official. It’s the first droid to feature physical QWERTY keyboard along with ICS. The candybar droid features 3.0 inches TFT Capacitive touch screen display with QVGA resolution support of 240×320 pixels. Display resolution is not impressive with pixel density of 133 ppi. Samsung TouchWiz UI is the built in platform for Galaxy Chat.
Although Chat comes with 4 GB internal storage I am not too sure how much free phone memory will be available after ICS installation. Good news is a micro SD card slot expandable up to 32 GB is there. Rear facing 2 MP shooter is there. Samsung Galaxy Chat comes with excellent connectivity features i.e. Bluetooth v3.0, Wi-Fi, GPRS/EDGE in 2G network and HSDPA in 3G network and micro USB port. Integrated Samsung ChatOn messenger and physical QWERTY keyboard best possible combination for texters.
Galaxy Chat comes preloaded with Game Hub, an application packed with most popular social games and entertainment services. Also Samsung ‘s AllShare Play allows you to play multimedia from other connected devices. Galaxy Chat is preloaded with QuickOffice document viewer and editor. Samsung Galaxy Chat Release Date & Price
Samsung Galaxy Chat will be marketed in Spain by the end of this month. Gradually it will be made available to Europe, South America, Middle, China, India, South East Asia and South West Asia. Do not worry, price will be less than 10k although Samsung has not officially announced anything regarding price.
