Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 Coming in Late August

Samsung planned to launch it’s next generation dual sim smartphone, Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 in August. ‘S’ is the most popular and successful series in Samsung’s smartphone line up. We can expect Galaxy S Duos to continue the momentum as it seems it will be released for the global market. Samsung already selling Galaxy Ace Duos S6802, Galaxy Y Duos, Galaxy Y Pro Duos in market with higher percentage of success. The South Korean giant has not released Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade to any of it’s ARMv6 smartphones, nor they have shown any intend to do so. You can expect previously released all the droids will remain on Android 2.3 Gingerbread which is slightly outdated since the introduction of Android 4.1 Jellybean.

Powered by 1 GHz single core Cortex A5, Aderno 200 Samsung’s Galaxy S Duos S7562 is running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It sports wide 4.0 inch TFT Capacitive touch screen display with multi touch input support. Display supports impressive 480×800 px resolution. It will come with 4 GB of internal memory and micro SD card slot expandable up to 32 GB. Rear facing 5 MP shooter comes with LED flash, auto focus, Geo-tagging features.

Like other high end smartphones Galaxy S Duos is sleek, compact and feature rich. You have seen some impressive features so far. Just 120 gm of weight and 10.5 mm thickness is just good enough to hold it with just one hand. Connect the droid to internet using either 3G or Wi-Fi. Samsung is yet to officially disclose the price of this dual sim droid. You can expect it somewhere around Rs. 20000/-
