Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 vs Samsung Galaxy Y Duos S6102 – In this post I’ll compare two dual sim smartphones coming from the house of Samsung. Second one was released in the first quarter this year, February to be exact whereas the first one is yet to hit the market. We are still unaware about the release date and price of the droid. Samsung has not released Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich to any of it’s ARMv6 phones. So, Galaxy Y Duos will remain unchanged. It will run Gingerbread. The same thing happens to Galaxy Ace Duos S6802 and Galaxy Ace Duos I589.

Now, at this point of time Samsung needs a smartphone that can compete upcoming/already available dual sim smartphones of other companies that are getting upgrade to Android 4.0 ICS straight away. HTC released Desire V with dual sim support and Android ICS. Acer announced the arrival of Acer Liquid Gallant Duo. ZTE upgraded one of it’s already available dual sim droid to ICS.
