Samsung recently declared two dual SIM Smartphones in very popular Galaxy series; Samsung Galaxy Y Duos and Samsung Galaxy Y Pro Duos. These two are slightly different in terms of features; Galaxy Y Pro Duos is a QWERTY Smartphone where Galaxy Y Duos comes with full touch screen facility. Another major difference is in secondary camera field; Galaxy Y Pro Duos offers secondary VGA camera whereas the other one does not have this facility. Apart from Android 2.3 Gingerbread both phones come with 832 MHz single core processor. Both these Smartphones support dual SIM standby feature which is very useful in most cases. 1. Design and Style
As said earlier Samsung Galaxy Y Duos is an upgrade over previously hit model Galaxy Y. It comes with dimension of 109.8 x 60 x 12 mm and weight of 109 gm whereas Galaxy Y Pro Duos comes with dimension of 110.8 x 63.5 x 11.9 mm and weight of 112.3 gm. Although there is not much of difference in size but drastic change is observed when you look at the keypad. Galaxy Y Dues comes with full touch screen support apart from 3 basic buttons. But Pro Duos comes with full QWERTY keyboard along with 2.6 inches TFT Capacitive touch screen. For fast typing of message and Email second one is the best option for you.
2. Camera
Both the Galaxy models offer primary 3.2 MP camera but Galaxy Y Pro Duos comes with VGA secondary camera which is very useful for video calling in 3G network. Galaxy Y Duos lacks here. Otherwise, VGA video recording and Geo-tagging features are available in both the models.

Samsung Galaxy Y Duos comes in 200 Euro and it is expected to be around Rs. 12000/- in India although the model has not reached Indian market. On the other hand Samsung Galaxy Y Pro Duos is little bit costly and comes for 250 Euro or Rs. 15000/- and is yet to launch in India.
