Sometimes I am asked which one to buy among the duos and I always reply in favor of Xperia arc S due to its highly powered CPU. Sony BRAVIA Mobile Engine is used in both these models to enhance overall graphics quality.

4. Battery
Li-Ion 1500 mAh battery is used in both these Smartphones. The back up is expected not to vary too much. But Xperia neo V will come up with better battery backup and standby time due to its lower power consuming battery and smaller display.

5. Camera
There is big difference between the duos. Xperia arc S comes with 8 MP camera with LED flash, auto focus, smile detection features. On the other hand Xperia neo V comes with 5 MP camera with auto focus, LED flash and smile detection features. 3D sweep panorama is common camera feature of both these models. In contrast with that Xperia arc S does not have any secondary camera but Xperia neo V owns secondary VGA camera. Thus it is hard to declare winner of this round of comparison.
Score: Sony Ericsson Xperia arc S wins when primary camera is concerned but loses to Xperia neo V when secondary camera availability is concerned. So result is tied.
6. Memory Availability
Both these models house just 320 MB of user available memory which can be extended up to 32 GB through micro SD card. RAM or primary memory availability is also same, 512 MB. No real winner for this round.

Same processor on this models, neo v can hit 1.4ghz without problem (Arc S have a factory overclocked processor)…
Overclocking performance of the Arc S is the same as Neo V… 1.9ghz…

u guys are ryt but the display size matters too…in this range samsung omnia windows phone is the best choice.
Yes, it is.Xperia arc S has larger display. But price is too high as compared to Xperia neo V. On the other hand, Samsung Omnia W is pretty good choice. I love that WP. Thanks for sharing.
