Final Conclusion

You can see that Xperia sola is an advanced smartphone having some distinct advantages over little bit older Xperia neo V. There is no difference in display size, display technology, primary camera, Android version, physical main memory size (RAM). But dual core processor of Xperia sola gets an definite edge over Xperia neo V. Dual core means better processing power, smooth multitasking. Light weight, small design of sola is better than slightly bulky neo V. Secondary camera and QWERTY keyboard and slightly better battery of Xperia neo V goes in favor of the droid. But I think Sony Xperia sola is better in all respect and wins the competition.
