Yes, you are right. But you know budget is an important parameter and here Xperia neo V beats arc S. However, your point is valid.
Dude Samsung Galaxy NOTE is the far better smartphone compared to iPhone 4S and Samsung Galaxy S2 in both hardware and performance but a bit bulky coz of its size.You have placed this below Nokia N9 which stands no chance in front of it with a single core that too……..
